How a Demo Works
01
Walk up
Head to any brand booth in the demo village. No appointment, no sign-up sheet, no waiting on a slot.

ID + waiver
Hand over your ID and sign the brand's waiver. They hold the ID while you've got the bike. Takes about two minutes.
03
Go ride it
Real trail, not a parking lot loop. The demo road drops you straight onto the network from the middle of the venue.
04
Swap and repeat
Bring it back, hand it over, walk to the next booth. Do it as many times as you want, all three days.

Before You Show Up
Good to Know
- Pass required
- Demos come with the Weekend Pro Pass and the Demo-Only Pass. The Social, Poker Ride, and General Admission passes don't include demo bikes.
- Limited passes
- We deliberately cap how many demo passes we sell. It isn't one pass per bike — it's well under that, so you're not standing in line for a size medium all afternoon.
- No lap limit
- Take out 30 bikes across three days if you want. There's no per-day cap and no charge per demo. E-bike batteries get swapped or charged between rides.
- Reservations
- No advance reservations for specific bikes or sizes — it's first come, first served at each booth. If any group ride ends up taking sign-ups, we'll say so here.
- Bring
- A helmet is required and you'll want your own. Photo ID is required at every booth. Bring your own pedals and shoes if you ride clipped in.
Roll out with a crew
Group Rides
Guided group rides run through the weekend, led by people who actually know this trail network — so you can skip the part where you stare at a map wondering whether the next trail is above your pay grade.
If any ride ends up needing advance sign-up, that's where picking your bike and size ahead of time matters, since the group rolls out together rather than whenever you get to the front of the queue. We'll post details here as they're locked in.
