Take a Kid MTB'ing / Family Day — the full rundown

Sunday, September 27, 9AM–12PM in the Family Zone — built for families with kids ages 4 to 16, and free to attend (donations support Overland Mountain Bike Association). Designed for families to enjoy at their own pace: check-in is open all morning, so drop in anytime. Registering ahead on Humanitix is the quickest way in and helps us plan. Here's how the morning flows:

• 9AM–12PM — Continuous skills challenges, join anytime: the Slow Ride (timed runs every 10 minutes), the Gear 1 Fast Pedal Sprint, and the Foot Down Arena (6–10 riders per round, last foot down wins). One winner per age group, leaderboards posted at each station.
• 9AM–12PM — Self-guided trail riding: each kid gets a 6-stop Punch Card Challenge spanning the trails and the game stations. Complete the card to earn raffle entries — extra punches earn bonus entries. Keep an eye out for the blow-up unicorn.
• All morning — Every kid gets a popsicle plus a voucher for a kids ice cream sponsored by Walrus Ice Cream in Old Town.
• By 12PM — Raffle prizes drawn, including a new bicycle sponsored by Recycled Cycles and Scheels gift cards, alongside the Slow Ride, Fast Pedal, and Foot Down champions by age group.

All five festival passes and every camping option are live now on Humanitix — Weekend Pro, Weekend Social, Demo-Only, Poker Ride, and General Admission, plus Single Site, Van/Trailer, and Tent camping. Camping is limited and festival-exclusive, so don't sit on it too long.
